There are two different ways of asking for help.


1) District Related (hardware)

    If you have  borrowed a computer or hotspot and are trying to get them to connect you to the internet, you may ask for help from the District Office.  Please go here for info on this process:  https://www.juhsd.net/Page/1953 


2) JHS has our own help desk monitored by our teachers and administrators.  If you are having issues with getting to your classes, connecting with counselors, please use this system to ask for help. https://jeffersonunion.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
